Shri Adi Brahma Meets Kurukulla

In the Deva-Parampara of Himachal Pradesh, India, the well known, Bhagwan Shri Adi Brahma Devata of the Shakti and Maraud village, blessed the people of Saraj valley with His Divine presence this week. The Devata began His journey from His village in the interiors of Sainj Valley towards outer Saraj. While returning from His month-long journey, via inner Saraj, the Devata halted at the Balichowki center of Kaulantak Peeth.

During the holy tour, the heavy snowfall turned Kullu into a fine sight of Divinity covered in snow. One must take note, that at this time of year, from December to January months of winters, most Devi-Devatas in Himachal, go into the state of Dhyan and for their Sadhna. Yet, Bhagwan Shri Brahma chose to tour and bless people with His divine presence despite the heavy snowfall. The Devata had to cross the thick layer of ice at Jalori-Pass before He reached the Balichowki center of Kaulantak Peeth, where He met with Devi Kurukulla. The Kula Devi’s (Goddess Kurukulla) Divine Ratha is kept in Balichowki centre of Kaulantak Peeth, since the reconstruction of the Kurukulla temple is going on at the hill of ‘Jogini Dhar’, near Kotla village .

It is the benevolence of Shri Adi-Brahma Devata that He came to Balichowki and gave us the chance to witness His miraculous meeting with the Goddess Kurukulla.
